Quercesecca is a large property in the Tuscan countryside, 3 km from Marina di Grosseto and the sandy beaches. It is composed of a main stone farmhouse, a separate one and various independent cottages. These rural 19th-century buildings include either standard rooms or apartments with a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette. Some are air conditioned and some come with free Wi-Fi access. While at the Quercesecca you can enjoy pleasant day trips at the nearby archaeological sites of Rosselle, Vetulonia and Sovana) or at the ancient medieval villages in the hinterland, including Massa Marittima, Saturnia and Pitigliano. You may also want to check out the archaeological museums in Grosseto and Cosa. Siena (75 km away) and Florence (145 km away) are very easy to reach.

Important Information

Check-in and payment is carried out at Via Andrea del Sarto 22, not at the Quercesecca.

During high season check-in is possible only on Saturdays between 15:00 and 19:00.

At any other time check-in is carried out during working hours (9:30-13:00 and 15:00-19:00), except for Wednesday afternoon, Sunday and public holidays.

For arrival on Sundays, Wednesday afternoons or during public holidays you must contact the office at least 3 days before arrival to arrange a check-in time.

Please inform the establishment on your expected arrival time or access to the apartment may be not granted.

A damage deposit of EUR 150 or a credit card number is required. The damage deposit will be given back upon departure, after a pre check-out inspection of the apartment.

Payment and cancelation conditions
